In modern world, it is no longer necessary to use animals for food or use animal products, for instance, clothing and medicines. To what extent do you agree or disagree?

　　不同意完全不消费动物的说法：

　　1.尽管一些动物消费行为对我们的生活是有威胁的，如血腥的捕鲸行业毁坏生态系统，造成物种灭绝等，因此，政府对于这些消费行为要进行控制和监督。

　　2.从经济和社会发展的角度看，消费动物的行为并不是毫无益处。一些物种数量如果没有认为控制也会对人类生活产生不良后果。如20世纪90年代澳大利亚袋鼠成灾影响农业和交通。

　　3.因此，适当消费非濒危物种作为食物和其他生活来源不会威胁生态系统，还会为人类生活提供营养和便利，为人类和动物间建立和谐关系。

On the contrary, it can help to promote healthy interaction between humans and the wildlife. For example, a reasonable amount of daily intake of animal products can strengthen our immune system t which can protect us against contagious diseases.

　　In summary, even though I agree that the hunting of endangered species should he banned, I would argue that the benefits of using non-endangered animals as sources of food and clothing are still significant."
