My biology teacher once gave us the opportunity to avoid an exam by writing a 5-page paper. I jumped at the chance, because, for me, biology is a curse and the exams are too mind numbing.

From the morning to the evening, I was immersed in a sea of references without eating or drinking. When I could not get myself to write more down, I told myself repeatedly that if I finished the paper, I would escape from the nerve-wracking exam. Fortunately, the five-page paper passed the censorship of my biology teacher, and averted 90 minutes of suffering.
