Many people believe this decision is unwise because the success in career relies on staying in the same position of a company for a long time. Personally, I believe this assertion underestimates the importance of job shifting.
Admittedly, a consistent and stable working experience in one position is the precondition of reaching the excellence of employment. Firstly, it ensures the full dedication of the employee into the job. Obviously, when staying in a familiar environment with no distraction from new items or people, an employee tends to have more efficiency and concentration, which means he or she can embrace a higher productivity and lower rate of mistakes.
Secondly, with a long-term friendship with co-workers, an employee can easily get the immediate help, advices and encouragement from them, as well as smooth communication and cooperation with the leaders and subordinates. That is to say, human resources accumulated by staying in the same workplace can give employees a huge advantage in working with others for a whole project of a company.
However, benefits of changing jobs should never be ignored. For one thing, no one makes sure that they can find an appropriate job at the first time. In other words, trying different jobs is necessary for employees, especially for young ones, to locate the right jobs suitable for their interests, talents and tastes. However, staying in the same jobs lets people miss the opportunities to work what we really have competence. Apart from finding satisfied job, changing jobs cultivates our adaptability. Requirements from a new working environment, beginning relationships and different working features are strong motivations for us to perfect ourselves. As a result, we get more and more flexible, active and well-experienced in encountering with the unknown challenges.
According to the analysis above, my opinion is that "keep looking, don't settle" is a good way of finding proper and favorite jobs for youngsters. However, as long as they get the right jobs, they should keep themselves in the positions for long time, which is the key for the promotion and success in career.

It is common to see people moving to new locations following job opportunities more than once in their career life. These changes often have more advantages then disadvantages to the individuals embracing these changes.
Firstly, Supporters of change argue that people would have wider boundaries crossing several countries in regard to job opportunities. Making them find jobs easier than others. When for example, the last financial crises hit most of Europe and the United States, people who were welling to move outside their countries found jobs faster. Consequently, they become more confident in their future as they were not limited to their country anymore.
Secondly, defenders of change often point out that people who move a lot are more adaptable to life changes than people who stay in their same jobs and cities all their lives. As we are living in a modern era that often requests a lot of changes due to globalization and the effect of technology that is reshaping our lives faster than before. To illustrate, we can see this very clear with students who studied outside their countries here in Erbil and had several years of experience in foreign countries were much successful when they returned home. As a result they are able to adjust with the agile changes that were uprising.
Finally, one of the major disadvantages is the bad effect on our children. As these changes would force them to change their schools and lose their friends. This problem is highlighted in several movies and television shows that make it clear that most of the children who are forced to move several times to new cities start to have problems adjusting to these new environments. These bad effects can be seen on their grades and on their social lives.
To summarize, I believe that changes to our jobs moving us to new cities have more advantages while it is taken early in our lives, before having families with teenagers.

An engineer, for instance, might find his work too tedious and learns baking in his spare time and finally becomes a remarkable baker. By doing their dream job, people become more motivated and efficient; therefore they can easily have a sense of achievement and satisfaction. Besides, due to the job movement, many people settle down in a new place, which is a brand new experience for them. They will make new friends, learn local customs and traditions and therefore broaden their horizon by being exposed to a new environment. More often than not, the new place will be better than their old residence in terms of public transport and resources like medical care and education and quality of neighborhood.
Despite all the benefits, risks and challenges might occur when people change their career or places to live. First, too frequent job-hopping experiences can be considered as lack of stability and loyalty in many HR's eyes. There are some visible factors that contributes to the problem. Firstly, some individuals have a tendency to find a ideal job. Young people are more willing to change their career no matter where they are than, if they believed that their career is not opt to their personality and talents, previous generation of young people who made a priority with their family. Secondly, the economic environment may lead to the shift of personal career. The needs of some occupations may be declined or died out, while others are surely in the shortage list. Lastly, some job that young people pursue is not only for its salary package or welfare, but also meeting their interests or with the likelihood of achieving their value.
However, any change on life is certainly bound to have some harmful effects. Parental care becomes a family problem because children are almost far away from parents. Some aging parents are even sent to the elderly care center. It considers to be very cruel activity in some culture. Besides, the sudden left-out may cause the loss of project in the company or even bring the technological barrier, which seems to be unfair and unacceptable for employers. To avoid these problems, we should provide some relevant solutions or policies for both companies and families.
To sum up, I believe that working on a different job would probably be a good thing for improving the quality of one’s life, whereas it might have a bad effect on other ways. How to balance it is more important than that job itself. Although a good career is better for our life, more factors have to be attended on behalf of other people such as friends, parent and your boss.
