　　93"The concept of 'individual responsibility' is a necessary fiction. Although societies must　hold individuals accountable for their own actions, people's behavior is largely determined　by forces not of their own making."

　　GRE写作精讲之提纲解析：

　　93 同意个人行为受到外界力量的影响，但更重要的是引导人们对自己的行为负责，从而产生个人责任

　　1、个人责任的重要性

　　有责任感，think over before action; avoid irrevocable consequences; fewer crime; fewer traffic

　　accidents;

　　2、承认外因影响人的行为，无论是负责任的行为()还是不负责任的行为(古代帝王)

　　3、外因驱动下的负责行为不是长久的，需要转化为内因，形成个人责任

　　翻译：个人责任的概念是一种很必要的虚构。尽管社会必须让个人对他们自己的行为负责，但是人们的行为很大程

　　度上不是自己能够左右的。

　　1.首先，individual responsibility 对于社会安定是一个重要的方面。每个人都在社会上扮演着各自的不同的角色，

　　承担着不同的 responsiblity。只有每个人都担当了各自的 responsiblity，社会才得以正常发展下去。

　　2.在社会大环境下每个人的行为会受到外界很大的影响，但这并不代表人的行为不是自己能左右的，内因才是决定

　　个人行为的重要因素。

　　3.因此，政府有责任创造出一个和谐的利于个人发展的环境，而且应该让他们对各自的行为负责。

　　93 个人责任很科幻

　　一、尽管有限制，但是是为了保护个人自由，个人责任无论对个人还是社会都很重要

　　二、The fallacious rationale behind the claim seems that outside forces confine people to make choices

　　三、对于个人很重要

　　四、对于社会也很重要，

　　1.由个人组成，如果每个人都没个人责任，则整个社会 absence of progress and even declination，像一个

　　dispirited, disheartened, and disadvantaged的人

　　2.鲁迅笔下的中国人

　　3.只有当个人肩负责任，如 King, Gandhi, Lincoln, 才能 responsibility at large

　　的行为很大程度上是被迫的而并非个人意愿。

　　① 人们的行为很多是社会规定的，通过法律、规章、职责等。任何人违反都要受到制裁。如：watergate

　　② 这些规定是必要的。保持社会稳定、保护私有财产 private property、促进人际和谐。举反面例子，若没有。。

　　③ 个人的职责，是 necessary, 但不是 fiction。除了特定社会所支持的以外，人们还有基本的原则。如：科学家坚
