I signed in with my Apple account and then I was presented with various options. I clicked “Send in for Repair” and then chose the nearby Apple store, which was not far from my home. Then it presented all the available time for me. I chose Saturday because I didn’t have to go to school that day.

　　On Saturday I went to the store on time. The serviceman who received me was named Jack and he was very nice. He examined my cellphone and told me that the screen had to be changed and it required an extra fee of 2,000 yuan. It was a little expensive I think. But I had no choice but go with it.

　　The whole appointment process is quite easy and convenient. It saves my time. So all in all I’m pretty satisfied.

　　Is it important to be punctual in your country?
